At any time, you can check and update the information concerning one of your participants.

Välkommen / HelpCenter LANDAUER direct® / Check participant information

  1. Search for a participantFill in the participant type of fields . You can enter only part of the name of your carrier to save time.
  2. Validate with the ” Search ” button
  3. Select the participant on the list by clicking on his participant number
  4. Update information
  5. Click on the ” Save ” on the right of screen
